Update, Cross Hill Shooting Incident

Jay Ariel Taylor (the individual arrested for the 8/27 Cross Hill shooting incident) is also being charged in connection to an unrelated incident that occurred on August 26th in Joanna. Shots were fired at a residence occupied by four people. No one was injured. Taylor is the suspect involved in this incident and as a result, he is being charged as follows:

-4 counts of Attempted Murder

-Breach of Peace, Aggravated

-Discharging a Firearm into a Dwelling

-Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime

-Malicious Injury to Property, more than $2,000

-Malicious Injury to Property, less than $2000

-Attempted Murder

-Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Building

-Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime

-Breach of Peace, Aggravated

-Armed Robbery

-Concealable Weapons Offense
