Shooting Incident 4/15 Waterloo

On Saturday April 15th at approximately 8:25PM, Deputies responded to Coyote Drive (off Highway 221 South) in Waterloo in reference to a shooting incident. Upon arrival, Deputies discovered three individuals who had been shot and began rendering aid.

According to the Laurens County Coroner’s Office, Darren Mandez Hill of Cross Hill later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

One victim is still in critical condition.
