LCSO Investigators Seeking Videos, Info Related to Drag Strip Shooting

The Laurens County Sheriff's Office is seeking information relating to the May 11th shooting that occurred at the Ware Shoals Dragway and resulted in the death of 17 year old Calvin Lamont Parker Jr.

Investigators are asking for videos taken shortly before, during, and after the incident which happened at approximately 7:45PM. Even if the video did not capture the shooting itself, it could still be important for investigators to see.

One investigator explained, "Even if someone thinks their video didn't capture anything, we would like to see it anyway. Something that may seem small and unrelated could be crucial to this investigation."
