Deputies Respond to Cross Hill Shooting, One in Custody

18 year old Jay Ariel Taylor of Laurens was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder. More charges are pending.

Deputies responded to a shooting incident at Citgo (Highway 72 and N Main St.) in Cross Hill on 8/27 that occurred at approximately 8PM. The investigation is still in the very early stages and more information will be released when possible to do so.
