Arrest Made in Coyote Drive Shooting

As previously reported, on Saturday April 15th at approximately 8:25PM, Deputies responded to Coyote Drive in Waterloo in reference to a shooting incident. Upon arrival, Deputies discovered three individuals who had been shot and began rendering aid.

Darren Mandez Hill of Cross Hill later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

On May 4, 2023 Randall Sherodrick Moore of Waterloo was transferred to the custody of LCSO by Greenwood Police and charged with the following:

-Murder

-Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature (2 Counts)

-Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime

-Breach of Peace, Aggravated in Nature
