On July 15, 2026, the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office assisted the DEA with a federal arrest warrant for distribution of Fentanyl resulting in death. This arrest is the result of an investigation initiated by a Laurens County Sheriff’s Office Investigator. Investigators and deputies attempted to make contact with the subject via traffic stop in Gray Court at approximately 8AM, at which time a brief vehicle pursuit occurred.
